All of us are affected by transition. Either through subtle changes or a bold shift in direction, transitions alter our world. Conditions may force us to revise our own physical, emotional or environmental state, tereby requiring us to make changes that impact our future, both individually and collectively. Transitions occur through the tools we use, the beliefs we carrr, or the intentions we act upon.
